Child & Youth Mental Health Outreach Program
Child & Youth Mental Health Outreach – Here for You
Our Child & Youth Mental Health Outreach Program is here to provide services to children, youth, and their guardians during times of mild to moderate mental health concerns.
Our Outreach Worker spends time each week in W.E. Graham School, Winlaw Elementary, Brent Kennedy, Sequioa, and Mt. Sentinel. This program is funded by the Ministry for Children and Family Development.
Support can look different for each client but revolves around activities and connection. This can look like doing sports, going for walks, doing arts and crafts, playing lego or boardgames, working on life skills, or finding other support services such as counselling, housing, or referrals to other services.
Our Outreach Worker is here to provide support to those who need it. You will be met with compassion, curiosity, and most importantly, where you are at.
